Practices like “steering” buyers or limiting options based on financial incentives are unethical and go against everything I stand for.

Starting August 17, 2024, you’ll be asked to sign a written agreement before touring homes with me. These agreements promote clarity, outlining the services I provide and the compensation structure we’ve agreed upon. This transparency helps ensure that your needs remain the focus of our work together.
